Here's how it works
- Register your flights at least 12 hours before their scheduled departure. We'll track your flights and automatically log any delays of two hours or more.
- We'll send you an SMS and email giving you the option to receive either £50 for each registered passenger or passes to a premium airport lounge.
- Your compensation will be processed instantly - with cash paid by bank transfer or airport lounge passes emailed to you.
How to access flight delay cover
Flight delay cover is automatically included with our Gold level policies. You can also add flight delay cover as an optional extra to our Bronze and Silver policies.

Are all of my flights protected?
Some journeys include multiple flights. They will all be protected as long as you've registered each of them in your account.

How does the cash payout work?
You and any named passengers you're travelling with will be paid in real time via bank transfer. Once the transfer has been made, you'll be notified by SMS and email.
